Lil Durk Denied Bail Due To Alleged Use Of Other Inmates’ Cell

Lil Durk has been behind bars since October 2024, and will be behind a bit longer. Durk is awaiting trial in a murder-for-hire case and his request for bond has officially been denied for reportedly using “at least” 13 other inmates’ phone accounts and hosted three-way calls. 

While denying Smurk’s bail, she referenced a report alleging he violated phone rules in jail. According to the report, he used “at least” 13 other inmates’ phone accounts and hosted three-way calls.
