Comedian Druski and football star Odell Beckham Jr. are speaking out after being named in an amended lawsuit against Diddy.

The lawsuit was originally filed in October 2024 by Ashley Parham, who is accusing Sean Combs and several other defendants, including Druski, Beckham and Comb’s mother, Janice Combs, of sexual assault.

Parham claims that in 2018 she was with a man who was FaceTiming Diddy and during the call, Parham said she was not “impressed” with Combs and she believed he was involved in the murder of rap legend, Tupac Shakur. Parham says that Diddy became upset with her claims and vowed revenge.

A month later, Parham claims Combs showed up to her home in California with Druski and Beckham, and all three men sexually assaulted her.

Druski and Beckham both released public statements on social media denying all of the allegations.

Druski called the claims “a fabricated lie,” and said his heart “breaks for actual victims of abuse.” The comedian went on to say that he’s “fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”

Beckham said in his statement that he couldn’t even believe his name was mentioned in the matter saying, “There is absolutely no truth to those allegations. I do not know and have never met the person that filed that suit.”

Beckham also explained that he was no where near the location of the alleged assault at the time. “I don’t think I have ever even been to Orinda, CA. I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone.”

Diddy’s legal team described the new complaint as another example of “the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a pay day.” They also claim that Diddy was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Parham says the assault happened and that the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department already confirmed that Parham’s claims were determined to be “unfounded following a thorough investigation.”
