Megan Thee Stallion’s Lawyers To Question Tory Lanez
A judge has granted Megan Thee Stallion’s legal defense team permission to question Tory Lanez under oath regarding Megan’s defamation lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz.
Megan filed a lawsuit against Gramz accusing her of cyberstalking and sharing a fake porn video of the rapper. The suit alleges that Tory Lanez and his father paid the blogger to do this, even going so far to cite evidence proving that payments upward of $3,000 were sent to Gramz by Lanez’ father.
Now Lanez will have to testify under oath via video call for the defense in the case. Megan’s lawyers claim that questioning Lanez is “necessary for Ms. Pete to fully investigate the extent and bases of Defendant’s [Gramz] conduct and Defendant’s relationship with Mr. Peterson, in support of her claims.” The lawsuit trial is set to begin in July of this year.
Lanez is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence for crimes related to shooting Megan in 2020.
