Spirit Airlines Updates Dress Code Policy

Spirit Airlines could now be denying you boarding based on your attire or even tattoos! The airline has updated its contract of carriage outlines restrictions on see-through clothing, lewd or offensive clothing, tattoos, bare feet and more.
“A guest shall not be permitted to board the aircraft or may be required to leave an aircraft if that guest … is barefoot or inadequately clothed (i.e., see-through clothing; not adequately covered; exposed breasts, buttocks, or other private parts), or whose clothing or article, including body art, is lewd, obscene, or offensive in nature.”
This new change comes after two California women were reportedly removed from a Spirit flight for wearing crop tops last October.
