Diddy's Attorneys Says "Freak-Off" Tapes Show Consenting Adults

Reports have confirmed that the Government does have video footage of Diddy’s alleged freak-offs, which were given to prosecutors by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie.

Named as “Victim-1” in court documents, the singer allegedly turned over nine tapes, but Diddy’s lawyers are claiming that six of those videos show private sex acts between “fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship.” In a letter filed this week, the Hip Hop mogul’s legal defense team goes on to say that the video evidence shows Cassie “happy, dominant and completely in control.” It also claims that the videos were not secretly recorded, as alleged, nor were minors or other celebrities involved. The letter ultimately describes the tapes as “direct evidence undermining the government’s case.”

Cassie has yet to respond publicly to the arguments made by Diddy’s defense team.

Additionally, Diddy’s lawyers are requesting for all the tapes to be turned over to them for independent analysis, as they are currently under a protective order and can only be reviewed in-person while monitored by law enforcement. They are also asking for unedited copies of the tape.
