After an emotional testimony and irrefutable evidence presented by Megan Thee Stallion’s lawyer, a judge has granted her a five-year restraining order against Tory Lanez.

In December of last year, Megan filed the request claiming that Tory was still harassing her from prison through third parties. She accused the rapper and his father of paying a blogger, Milagro, up to $3,000 to spread negative information about her online, and alleged that her defense team had audio to prove that Tory’s father made the payments in an effort to conceal the fact that they were ultimately from Tory. Megan is also suing Milagro for cyberstalking, emotional distress and promoting an “altered sexual depiction” of her.

According to reports, Megan cried during her testimony, which she made on Zoom, explaining that she’s scared for her life and has never experienced anxiety at this level. “I’m a nervous wreck all the time,” said the rapper during the court appearance.

Megan went on to say that even when Tory, who is currently serving a 10-year sentence for crimes related to shooting her, gets out of jail, she’s worried that he will still be violent towards her. “Because even from behind bars, he keeps showing me that he can get to me,” said Megan. “I feel like maybe he’ll shoot me again, and maybe this time, I won’t make it.”

The restraining order prohibits Tory from harassing, intimidating or threatening Megan in any way until 2030. He must also stay 100 yards away from her during that time.
