Chad “Ochocinco” & Sharelle Rosado May Be Getting Back Together

Former NFL star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson might not be ready to let go of his relationship with Selling Sunset star Sharelle Rosado. During a recent episode of the Nightcap podcast, Johnson opened up about their breakup, revealing that he’s holding out hope for a reconciliation.

The split became public when Rosado took to Twitter to confirm, “Chad and I are no longer together. Please stop tagging us. He is a free man, ladies.” When co-host Shannon Sharpe brought up Rosado during the podcast, Johnson visibly struggled with the topic. Sharpe quipped, “You look like you’re in a dungeon or a basement,” to which Johnson clarified he was in Houston for a day party.

Sharpe wasn’t buying it and urged Johnson to “get on a flight back” to win Rosado back. Johnson, however, revealed that Rosado has blocked him. Despite their apparent distance, Johnson hinted that he isn’t giving up, even suggesting Sharpe act as a “moderator” to help him reconcile with his ex-fiancée.

The couple, who share a daughter, had been engaged since January 2023 and seemed inseparable until the recent breakup. Johnson admitted he’s currently “in the doghouse” and acknowledged that it might take “the hand of God” to mend their relationship. While Rosado hasn’t indicated any interest in rekindling the romance, Johnson’s candid comments suggest he’s still holding on to hope.

Could a reconciliation be on the horizon? Only time will tell if this love story gets a second chapter.
