The legendary singer known for her vocals on hits like Superwoman Part II, Hot Boyz and Put It On Me is now 46 years-old with more than 20 years under her belt in the music game.
A military brat and preacher’s kid, Lil’ Mo lived in Texas, North Carolina and Long Island, New York before her family settled in Baltimore. She eventually moved back to New York to pursue her music career.
Starting out as Missy Elliot’s protege, Lil’ Mo rose to fame in the late 90s and early 2000s, collaborating with high-profile artists like Ja Rule, Eve and Nas. She started her radio career at WERQ (92Q Jamz) in 2002.
But Lil’Mo isn’t just a music artist and radio personality. She’s also a daughter, sister, and mother of five. The star recently went on tour with Katt Williams and is preparing for a second leg with the comedian in 2025.
