Chicago Schools to Give Elementary Students Condoms

I don’t know about this one. I honestly think 10 years old is a bit too young for a child to receive condoms, but Chicago doesn’t. They’re gonna give students in elementary schools condoms. How do you feel about this? Please leave a comment.
