Baltimore Police Found Passed Out Is Charged With A DUI

Baltimore Police Officer Adrian Ortiz was arrested October 7th for drunk driving after he was found passed out and lying in a street.

City police officials would not release the street but confirmed this is Ortiz’s second arrest in less than three years.

He has been suspended with pay.
