John Legend On Kanye/Trump Meeting, “A Publicity Stunt”

John Legend is calling it like he sees. Actually, he’s saying what most of us was thinking when he heard about his G.O.O.D. Music boss, Kanye West, was meeting with Donald Trump.
Legend tells, “I don’t think it’s impossible to talk to [Donald Trump] about issues, but I won’t be used as a publicity stunt. I think Kanye was a publicity stunt. I think Trump has been corrosive, his message has been corrosive to the country. I think the things he’s promised to do have been very concerning for a lot of people, and for Kanye to support that message is very disappointing….Whatever’s in [Kanye’s] mind, I disagree with him.”

Like Legend, were you disappointed in Kanye for meeting with Donald Trump? I hope we don’t hear about Legend being dropped from that G.O.O.D. music fam! Hell, Legend probably wouldn’t care.
