Baltimore went through a lot in the Spring of 2015 and when the community needed us most, 92Q stepped up. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake honored our own DJ Qucksilva & Lil Black for all they did for Baltimore this summer. From East to West, Black and Quick went everywhere for the 2015 Youth Bmore Summer Block Party Tour. Their mission? Uplifting the city and bringing back that positive energy B’more is known for to the neighborhoods that needed it most!
