BREAKING NEWS : Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake Announces That Commissioner Anthony Batts Will Be Replaced.

The mayor announced today that Baltimore’s Police Commissioner, Anthony Batts, will be replaced. The story is still developing but Deputy Police Commissioner Kevin Davis has been named interim commissioner.
It is unclear weather Batts was fired or resigned.
