Rick Ross Sued For Using Jay-Z Photo For Moving Bass

Rick Ross Is Begin sued for using one of Jay-Z photo’s in the “Moving Base” video. The photographer took the picture of Jay-z back in 2003 and wants Rick Ross to cash out for using this picture with out his consent.
