Beanie Sigel has reportedly been shot, according to NBC Philadelphia, after an altercation occurred while he was in South Jersey.
The former Roc-A-Fella rapper was shot around 9:30 a.m. around the 800 block of Spruce Avenue in Pleasantville, NJ.
