Recently Justin Bieber was a victim of the rath of the paparazzi!

The 18-year-old singer was stopped in Los Angeles recently and given a citation for driving recklessly and exceeding the speed limit. His excuse? He was being chased by paparazzi and in fear for his life. After receiving a ticket from the police, the Biebs decided to call 911 to complain.”I have, like, five cars following me, um, on the freeway,” Bieber told the 911 dispatcher in the audio below. “They just will not stop following me.
