BOBBI KRISTINA HOUSTON TO PERFORM AT BILLBOARD AWARDS

Earlier this week we announced that Chris Brown would join the Billboard Music Awards performance line-up… and it gets even better. Apparently Bobbi Kristina wants to take the stage to honor her late mother Whitney Houston with a special performance. Whitney hologram?? Maybe??…ok.
