The entire world is in mourning this evening as the news spread that legendary rapper Heavy D passed away at the age of 44, the same day as former boxer Joe Frazier. It seems so surreal because Heavy D performed on the 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards less than a month ago. He was working on a project to release in 2012.
