Dietary Aid needed at a Medical Adult Day Center (Owings Mills)
Maximum Day Services is looking for a dietary aid.
Responsibilities include:
-Prepare food in accordance with Center menus and recipes
-Order supplies and food to assure there is enough to last till next order.
-Maintain sanitary conditions in all food preparation and serving areas and ensure that all employees maintain sanitary conditions in food preparation and serving areas.
-Cook meals according to menu provided by dietician while ensuring the food is served at established times.
-Plan food preparation is advance so no shortages will occur.
-Maintain records of meals served and temperatures of all items served.
-Clean food service equipment on scheduled basis.
-Maintain records of supplies used and re order as needed.
-Washing dishes and cleaning kitchen after meals.
-Some cleaning around the building on a daily basis.
